St. Andrew’s Grammar, a K-12 Greek Orthodox School in Perth, Western Australia has been ranked among the top academic schools in the State based on 2015 Year 12 ATAR results. St. Andrew’s achieved 13th position in Western Australia out of 165 schools on the comparative table that features the top schools based on the percentage of students with course scores of 75% or better. This is a great achievement by the students and their teachers. Some of the individual highlights were:
*1. Dylan Mo, the School Dux, achieved an exceptional ATAR of 99.45. Dylan has been awarded a Certificate of Distinction by the WA Schools Curriculum and Standards Authority (SCASA) for achieving a final scaled score of 100% for Stage 3 Mathematics. Dylan was also awarded a Certificate of Commendation from SCASA for achieving 20 A Grades throughout his Year 11 and 12 studies. Grades are awarded at the end of each course unit that represent a semester of study. Dylan completed his entire education at St. Andrew’s Grammar from Kindergarten to Year 12.
*2. Natasha Robinson achieved an ATAR of 98.20. Natasha’s highest final scaled score was 88% in Stage 3 English.
*3. Rebecca Vo achieved an ATAR of 97.85. Rebecca’s highest final scaled score was 85% in Stage 3 Human Biological Science. Rebecca was also awarded a Certificate of Commendation from SCASA for achieving 20 A Grades throughout her Year 11 and 12 studies.
*4. Danielle D’Souza, the 2015 Head Girl, achieved an ATAR of 96.80. Danielle’s highest final scaled score was 86% in Stage 3 Human Biological Science. St. Andrew’s Grammar is a very supportive and caring school community. The School is immensely proud of the recent academic achievements of their Year 12 students.
